| 摘 要： | 临近空间平台是在信息化时代新军事变革远距离精确打击的现实条件下,出现的一种新型平台;它弥补了预警飞机探测距离不够和低轨卫星监视时间太短等缺点而必然产生的一种适合信息化作战的新型平台;它是一种地、海、空、天一体化的作战体系,一种侦察、警戒、干扰、指挥于一体的空间平台,其作战指挥功能和侦察干扰能力超过了预警飞机和干扰飞机。临近空间平台位置高、看得远,高度一般在20 km~100 km之间,适合于监视1 000 km远的精确打击目标,也适合于干扰和监视沿海在1 000 km内活动的航母战斗群,适合于对抗设在我国周围1 000 km左右距离的反导防御系统雷达前哨站。
