基于AOTF高光谱成像系统的采集显示技术研究

摘    要:为了提高声光可调谐滤波器(AOTF)与CMOS相机结合的新型成像光谱仪的图像采集与显示速率,提出了一种基于AOTF光谱成像的数据快捷处理技术。采用MT9M001C12STM作为光学探测接收元件,利用CY7C68013芯片上所集成的I2C控制器来控制数据传输的实现方法,同时利用VC++上位机进行编程显示探测器的图像数据。而对USB设备则采用控制传输方式,对探测器的积分时间、增益进行灵活的配置,实时的显示帧率,这样同时保证了传输速度和数据的正确性,并且编写的上位机可以灵活的对图像进行水平、垂直旋转、单张、连续的采集,方便图像的采集。结果表明,该设计方法不仅可以快速准确的获取目标物进行实时的显示,而且成像质量良好。

Research on Acquisition and Display Technology of Hyperspectral Imaging System Based on AOTF
Abstract:In order to improve the image acquisition and display rate of a new imaging spectrometer combining acousto-optic tunable filter (AOTF) and CMOS camera, a fast data processing technique based on AOTF spectral imaging is proposed. MT9M001C12STM is used as the receiving optical detection element, using I2C controller integrated in CY7C68013 chip to control the data transmission method, and program display the image data of MT9M001C12STM detector using VC++ PC. The USB equipment is used to control the transmission mode, flexible configuration, integration time of detector gain, display real-time frame rate, so as to ensure the correctness and speed of data transmission. The host computer can be carried out on the image of the horizontal, vertical rotation, leaflets, continuous collection, convenient image acquisition. The results show that this method can not only obtain quickly and accurately object in real time, but also has good imaging quality.
