基于FPGA的高精度红外测温系统的研究与实现

摘    要:针对红外测温系统测温精度受到环境影响大,拟合曲线和查找表法测量精度低和数据量大,难以在嵌入式系统中实现的缺点,提出了一种双多分段温度标定法,利用温度和灰度的对应关系.对温度和灰度首先进行分段标定,再分别进行多分段标定,并在FPGA上实现了该方法.经实验证明,该方法可以有效地克服测量精度低和数据量大的问题,再利用温度传感器对环境温度的监测进行相应的温度补偿,可减少环境温度引起的测量误差.
