摘    要:设计了一种基于具有电流限制功能的高电压浪涌抑制器的本质安全型开关电源。采用开关型集成稳压器LM2676T作为稳压模块,采用浪涌抑制器LT4363作为过流过压检测器件,采用并联式双重过流过压保护电路,设计了一种输出为12V/1A的新型本安电源。该电源具有体积小、重量轻、安装简单、输出稳定、反应速度快等优点。通过LTspice检验,该设计可行。

The Design of an Intrinsically Safe Power Supply Based on LT4363
Abstract:An intrinsically safe power supply is designed based on a high voltage surge stopper. The DC/DC power module LM2676T is used as voltage regulator module, and the surge stopper LT4363 as over-current and overvoltage detection device. The control circuit has double over-current and overvoltage protection circuit. The rated output of the intrinsically safe power supply is DC 12V/1A. The intrinsically safe power supply has many advantages such as small size, light weight, easy to install, stable output, high speed responding and so on. The feasibility of the design is verified by the electronic circuit simulation software LTspice.
