基于螺纹中径直接测量仪的设计研究

摘    要:在机加工过程中,外螺纹的加工及检测是一个非常普遍的工序。为了达到准确测量外螺纹深度的目的,就必须准确确定有效螺纹的位置,去掉无效螺纹长度。因此,外螺纹主要检测两个方面:外螺纹中径和外螺纹深度。目前测量螺纹中径的方法一般操作都比较繁琐,且需要经过一系列的计算,误差较大且效率较低,针对以上问题,本文设计出了一种螺纹中径直接测量仪,把机械装置和弱电控制相结合,采用高精度直线位移传感器,根据大量实验证明,测量结果准确,能满足工程需要。

Design of direct measurement instrument based on thread diameter
Abstract:Depth of thread in machining process, the outer screw thread processing and detection is a very common procedure. In order to achieve accurate measurement, it is necessary to accurately determine the effective thread position, remove the invalid thread length. Therefore, the external thread detection is mainly two aspects: external thread diameter and depth of thread. The thread measuring diameter of the general method of operation is more complicated, and need to go through a series of calculation, the error is large and the efficiency is low, in view of the above problems, this paper designs a kind of thread diameter directly measuring instrument, the mechanical device and weak electricity control combination, the use of high precision linear displacement sensor, according to a large number of experiments It is proved that the measurement results are accurate and can meet the engineering needs.
