新型高效、超高效空气过滤器性能检测系统的探讨

摘    要:过滤器测试手段的发展是制作高质量空气过滤器的保证,作为我国现行的高效、超高效过滤器性能测试国家标准的钠焰法、油雾法由于种种缺陷已不能满足实际发展的需要,本文简要介绍了欧洲现行标准EN1822采用的MPPS法的一些概念及测试步骤,指出MPPS法是目前测试高效、超高效过滤器较严格的测试方法,我国应尽早制定自己的相关标准以适应国际发展的需要。

Abstract:The development of filter testing methods is the guarantee of high quality air filters. Sodium flame and oil fog method, as home current standard to test the performance of high efficiency particulate air filter, can not satisfy the needs of actual development because of various defects. This paper introduces some concepts and testing steps of MPPS method which is adopted by European current standard EN1822, points out that MPPS method is stricter than any other current methods to test the performance of HEPA and ULPA, and advises that our country should prepare our own relative standard as early as possible to meet the needs of international development.
