高效/超高效过滤器自动扫描检漏系统的研制

摘    要:基于欧洲标准EN 1822构建了一套高效/超高效过滤器自动扫描检漏系统.首先描述了扫描检漏测试台的整体管路系统,然后介绍了控制系统的硬件部署,接下来详述了扫描检漏的具体过程,最后对两台H14的高效过滤器进行了在线检测验证.该系统可检测多种尺寸规格和等级的高效/超高效过滤器,能够给出过滤器的局部和全局效率,以及漏点的坐标范围.

Abstract:An automatic leakage-detecting scanning system for HEPA/ULPA air filters is designed and developed based on European Standard EN 1822. The pipeline system is firstly described; the hardware deployment is then introduced; the scanning procedure is explained in detail; and two HEPA filters are finally tested for validation. Many kinds of HEPA/ULPA air filters can be detected with this system; local efficiency, integral efficiency, and coordinates of leakage points can be accordingly reported.
