消毒试剂影响高效过滤器玻纤滤材性能的试验研究

药厂常用的消毒试剂主要有甲醛、双氧水、臭氧等,这些消毒试剂可能会对空气过滤器中的玻纤滤纸产生一定的影响,从而影响过滤器的相关性能。通过实验验证各种消毒方法对玻纤滤纸的挺度、抗拉强度、阻力、过滤效率等方面的影响。结果表明,在甲醛、双氧水、臭氧这些消毒环境中,对玻纤滤纸的影响均较小。

The Research of Disinfectant Effect to Performance of Glass Fiber HEPA

The formaldehyde,oxydol,ozone and others are disinfectants usually used by medicine manufacturers.The disinfectants may affect to certain scale the glass fiber and the associated performance of HEPA.Their effects to stiffness,tensile strength,resistance and filtering efficiency of filter media were tested,with the results that formaldehyde,oxydol and ozone had ozone had lower effect to filter media.
