基于受激布里渊散射的CSRZ码的时钟提取

摘    要:提出了一种基于受激布里渊散射(SBS)的载波抑止归零(CSRZ)码时钟恢复系统的数值模型,进而分析了抽运光能量和种子光能量的转化过程.数值仿真结果表明,产生SBS效应的光纤的长度和耦合器的分光比影响了恢复时钟的性能,存在着优化值.实验实现了10G b/s CSRZ码的全光时钟恢复,数值仿真结果和实验结果吻合得非常好.

Abstract:A numerical model is built to analyze the carrier-suppressed return-to-zero(CSRZ)clock recovery system based on stimulated Brillouin scattering(SBS).The power conversion and interaction between the pumpand the seeds light is researched by using this model.The simulation results show that the power of the recovered clock is affected by the length of dispersion shift fiber(DSF)and the ratio of the coupler.The optimized results exist.The experiment of 10 Gb/s CSRZ all optical clock recovery is demonstrated.The...
