光纤CH_4气体传感器的实验研究

摘    要:根据CH4气体近红外的光谱吸收特性,讨论并制作了一种易于实现的光纤CH4气体传感器。传感器基于Lambert-beer定律,采用1653nm的分布反馈式激光器(DFB-LD)光源,具有很高的测量精度。通过分析实验测得的CH4吸收曲线,得出系统的灵敏度为6.252×10-4μW/ppm,分辨率为64ppm,可探测最低浓度为100ppm。

Abstract:According to the near infrared spectral Absorption of methane,an easy-realizable optical fiber methane gas sensor is developed.Based on Lambert-beer law and using 1 653 nm DFB LD light source,the sensor can be used to detect methane with high accuracy. Through analysing the experimental curves of methane Absorption,it is shown that the system sensitivity is 6.252×10-4μW/ppm,the resolution is 64 ppm,and the minimum detectable concentration is 100 ppm.
