摘    要:为了实现极微弱光环境下的目标探测成像,采用在盖革模式下工作的固态雪崩光电二极管作为探测单元,搭建了光子计数成像实验装置;然后通过装置得到的灰度等级测试图的光子计数频率值,建立了反映光子计数频率与图像灰度之间关系的光子计数成像灰度模型。基于此模型得到了较好的目标光子计数图像。
