面向3G的运营支撑系统

摘    要:3G业务种类繁多,业务推出速度非常快,加上价值链上买体众多。将给3G建设带来新的考验,解决方法是建设新的电信运营支撑系统(BOSS)。针对3G业务的特点及其多层次多样化的客户需求,建议在建设BOSS时在融合业务支撑系统(BSS)和运营支撑系统(OSS)的基础上完善客户关系管理(CRM),适应数据、信息、业务等的生命周期变化,并循序渐进地发展完成标准化工作。

Abstract:The diversity of 3G services, the rapid development of new services and the big number of entities on the value chain will be the new challenges to the construction of 3G networks. The solution is to build a new Business and Operation Support System (BOSS). Customers' requirements for 3G services would be diversified. Therefore, the BOSS for 3G systems should integrate existing Business Support Systems (BSS) and Operation Support Systems (OSS). It is also recommended to improve Customer Relationship Management (CRM), to match the life cycle of data, information and services. In addition, its standardization should be gradually implemented.
