高精度授时技术发展现状分析

摘    要:随着现代导航、航天、通信、电力特别是军事领域需求的发展,获得统一标准的时间显得越来越重要,时间频率体系的性能高低体现了一个国家的科技综合实力。系统地介绍了当前具有代表性的高精度授时技术,主要包括无线电授时、卫星授时、光纤授时等,综合归纳了高精度授时方法的优缺点。针对美军提出的“授时战”概念,结合我国相关领域主要是军队需求,对不同授时技术的应用前景进行了探讨,论述了构建光纤网络时间传递系统的必要性,并分析了所面临的技术难点。

Analysis of Development of High-Precision Time Service Technology

Abstract:With the development of modern navigation, aerospace, communications, electric power, especially in the military field, the uniform standard time is becoming more and more important. The performance of time-frequency system reflects the comprehensive strength of a country''s science and technology. The current representative high precision time service technologies are introduced in this paper, mainly including ground-based radio timing, satellite timing, optical fiber timing, etc. The advantages and disadvantages of high precision timing methods are summarized. Aiming at the concept of "time warfare" put forward by the US Army, discussing the application prospect of different time warfare technologies and the necessity of constructing optical fiber network time transfer system, the technical difficulties are analyzed
