| 摘 要： | 本文通过对机载飞行校验系统航向天线特性的测量，推导出场强与功率的转换公式， 获得航向信标空间信号场强测量结果，依据此结果，对涉及航向信标覆盖的 ICAO 标准与 FAA 标准之间的差异进行对比、分析，最终提出缩小两种标准之间差异的方案。

| Abstract: | This paper presents the conversion formulas between the free space field strength requirements and the received signal strength through the LOC antenna characteristics and how the LOC coverage values are derived from the receiver signal strength measurements. This paper also researches the difference between ICAO and FAA standards, and finally put forward a solution to decrease the difference. |
