| Abstract: | The image edge detection is the basis of image segmentation and image recognition. But the traditional methods of image edge detection are sensitive to noise. A method of image edge detection based on wavelet transformation is discussed. The result of simulation indicates that this method is superior to traditional methods. Furthermore, this method is not sensitive to noise. |
