| 摘 要： | 充分利用网络资源和存储技术,利用先进的网络视频技术,建立一个数字化、网络化、自动化、高效率的节目制作平台,利用现有成熟、安全、稳定的非线性编辑网络取代传统的线性对编,并能满足各种新的业务需求,包括节目制作、编辑,能将播出系统、媒体资料管理系统等无缝连接,同时将整个系统的运作纳入统一管理体系。

| Abstract: | With the full use of network resources,data saving technique and advanced network video technique,a digital,network,automatic and efficient program making platform can be set up.This platform can fulfill all kinds of requirement of new business,with mature,safe and stable nonlinear edition network instead of traditional linear edition.With the platform,the program can be well produced and edited,the broadcasting system and media resources management system can be well connected,and the whole system can be included in the united management system. |
