| 摘 要： | 从高校信息资源使用与管理的实际情况出发,指出了当前存在的主要问题,即资源利用率低和资源浪费导致资源不足和每年大量资金的投入等。介绍了云计算的含义、应用和服务模式,分析了云对高校信息资源使用与管理的影响,并进行了可行性论证。

| Abstract: | From the actual situation of the university information resources use and management, the authors point out that the existing and main problems, namely, that resource utilization is low and the waste of resources leads to inadequate resources and huge capital investments every year. We introduce cloud computing and its applications and service models, analyze the impact of cloud computing to the use and management of university information resources, and conducted a feasibility study. |
