| 摘 要： | 本文分析了三值施密特电路工作过程中的时序特征，并利用时序电路的设计方法，提出三值施密特电路的设计方案，ＰＳＰＩＣＥ模拟证明了所设计的电路具有正确的施密特电路特性。

| Abstract: | The working timing characteristic of ternary Schmitt circuits is analyzed. Based on it, the scheme for designing ternary Schmitt circuits is proposed. PSPICE simulations prove that the designed circuits have correct characteristic of Schmitt circuits. |
