摘    要:频变参数互连线的瞬态响应分析在高速集成电路的设计很重要,本文运 拉普拉斯变换法分析高速集成电路中频变参数互加线的时域响应。提出了一种离散频变参数的拟合方法,应用于多导体传输线的复频域建模。

Abstract:Analysis of frequency-depedent lossy intereonnchon lines is Very important for designin the highspeed VLSI. In thispaper,the method, based on numerical inversion of Laphae transfong is used for the transien analysis of lossy dispersive on-chipinterconnection lines with haluecy-dePenden parameters. A curve fining technique of the tabuated data is Presenied in the analsis andused in the model of multi-condutor transmission lines. The substrate effects, which influence wave propagation along on-chip interconncts,are included for the firsthme. becal examPes show that the proposed method is efficed.
