新型雷达装备开放式教学模式改革研究

摘    要:本文从当前新型雷达装备教学存在的主要问题出发,结合院校及新型雷达装备特点,通过修订人才培养方案、调整课程设置、改进教学方法、构建开放式装备实践平台等方面,对新型雷达装备开放式教学模式进行了改革探索。教学实践表明,开放式教学模式可有效提升新型雷达装备教学效果,提高我校新型雷达装备技术保障人才培养质量。

Abstract:In view of the main problems in the current teaching of new radar equipment, the new radar equipment has been explored through the revision of personnel training programs, adjustment of curriculum settings, improvement of teaching methods, and construction of open equipment practice platforms, combined with the characteristics of colleges and new radar equipment. Teaching practice shows that the open teaching model can effectively improve the teaching effect of new radar equipment, and improve the quality of new radar equipment technology in our school to ensure the quality of personnel training.
