数字修调技术在高速高精度流水线ADC中的应用

摘    要:数字修调技术采用MOS开关控制电路实现对修调数据的传输和电路拓扑结构的改变,相对于传统的修调技术,数字修调技术具有灵活性、可重复性和低成本等特点.基于0.35μmBiCMOS工艺,对采用数字修调技术的A/D转换电路进行仿真验证.结果表明,设计的A/D转换器,其SFDR达65 dB,INL和DNL分别达到0.35 LSB和0.26 LSB,采样率达到250 MSPS.

Abstract:Compared to traditional trimming,a technique of switch control,which can repeatedly change the topology scheme of circuit,is used in adjustable digital trimming,which had adjustability and repeatability due to the voltage applied to acting as the control signal of switches.This trimming technique can adjust the static operation point of circuit by trimming reference voltage,the common-mode voltage,and the current.This trimming technique has a lot of advantages,such as repeatability,flexibility and high effi...
