摘    要:随着微电子学和微机电系统技术不断发展,微流控芯片技术不断创新,一些具有颠覆意义的新型医用芯片不断出现,并成为现代医学技术的支撑工具。首先,概述了医用微流控芯片的概念和应用。然后,介绍了6种具有代表性的新型医用微流控芯片的研究进展,包括基因芯片、即时诊断芯片、免疫芯片、可穿戴式芯片、数字化聚合酶链式反应芯片、循环肿瘤细胞芯片、组织与器官仿生芯片。最后,总结了医用微流控芯片的发展趋势。

Abstract:With the continuous development of microelectronics and micro-electro-mechanical system(MEMS) technology, microfluidic chip technology has been constantly innovated, and some new medical chips with subversive significance have continuously appeared and become the supporting tools of modern medical technology. Firstly, the concepts and applications of medical microfluidic chips were summarized. Then, six representative new medical microfluidic chips, including gene chip, point-of-care testing(POCT)chip, immunoassay chip, wearable chip, digital polymerase chain reaction(PCR)chip, circulating tumor cell(CTC)chip, tissue and organ bionic chip, were introduced. Finally, the development trend of medical microfluidic chip was summarized.
