摘    要:DO RevB引入了多载波功能,并实现了载波间的自适应负载均衡,有效地提升了峰值速率和载波效率,保持了对HSPA技术的竞争优势。DO RevB引入了混合频率复用技术,通过最小的网络投资能为运营商带来网络覆盖和容量性能的提升。本文从竞争环境、技术优势等因素着手,阐述了DO RevB的演进前景。

Abstract:DO Rev B introduces the multi-carrier function through which self-adaptive balance of the load among carriers is achieved. With multi-carrier function, DO Rev B efficiently improves the peak rate and carrier efficiency, and keeps the advantage over HSPA, which is the main competitor in technology evolution. DO Rev B also introduces the key concept of hybrid frequency reuse, which brings the network operator the improvement of coverage and capacity with the least investment. It analyzes the competition environment and technical advantage, and describes the fore sight of DO Rev B evolution.
