一种高精度天线反射面制造方法

摘    要:分析了目前应用的各种高精度天线反射面制造方法的特点,提出了一种新的高精度天线反射面的制造方法,并详细给出了其结构设计原则和工艺流程。它主要由肤面和骨面板以及粘合剂组成,采用了模胎定位、负压成型等工艺方法。在成型的高精度天线反射面单元中,肤面和骨面板分别主要提供高精度特性和高强度、大刚度特性,它适用于工作在高频段尤其是Ka频段的各种口径、各种形式的反射面的批量制造。具有高精度、大刚度、轻重量和适应室外工作的特点。

Abstract:This paper presents several ways to manufacture reflector panel with high surface precision and proposes a new method different from the others. The detail of structure design and technical process is described. The panel made in this way consists of fundamental frame, aluminum honeycomb and top plate. The metal model, agglutinant and vacuum equipment are used during process. This panel is provided with property such as high precision, enough rigidity, and lightweight. It can be applied to various reflectors which operate in high frequency band such as Ka band.
