细分采样叠加技术在推扫式长波红外成像中的应用

摘    要:在推扫式长波红外成像系统中,由于强辐射背景的存在,探测器的饱和积分时间只占像元驻留时间的十分之一甚至几十分之一,针对这种情况,将细分采样叠加技术应用在该类成像系统中,可以有效地利用推扫成像方式相对于机械扫描成像方式在驻留时间上的优势,达到提高系统信噪比的目的.文中首先针对短积分时间长波红外探测器的特点阐述了细分采样叠加技术原理,从理论上分析了叠加对PTF和图像信噪比SNR的影响.接着简要叙述了基于细分采样叠加技术的长波红外成像系统的软硬件研制情况,最后通过成像实验,验证了系统所采用的各种方法的有效性.

Abstract:In the long-wave infrared push-broom imaging system, compared with the residence-time of the system, the integration-time of the detector is only about 10% of the former because of strong background in our designing. To make full use of residence-time in push-broom imaging system and increase the SNR, the oversample-superposition method was applied in the designing. We described the method of oversample-superposition according to easy-saturated infrared detector, then analysed it's effection on system PTF and SNR. Furthermore, a successful design of oversample-superposition hardware and image capture software have been made. Some experiments were carried out to capture images of hand which indicate that this system performs well.
