两镜系统扩速器的研究

摘    要:本文比较了两镜系统扩束器的四种形式,通过分析得到了用于消球差。慧差和象散的双抛物面扩束器可取任意遮拦比或放大倍率的结论,同时给出了这种系统的畸变系数与遮拦比α之间的关系,并通过实际光线追迹,得到了场曲系数与主镜相对孔径和遮拦比之间的关系,分别说明了α为正和为负两种情况时的光路,及对应的无中心遮拦的离轴系统的情况。

Abstract:The four forms of beam expander with a two-mirror system are compared in this paper. The conclusion has been given, which explains a beam expander with two parabolic mirrors can eliminate spherical aberration, coma and astigmatism at any ratio of shade or magnification, and the relationship between coefficient of distortion and ratio of shade is given too. The relationship between coefficient of field curvature and ratio of shade are got through light traces. The different light rays are drawn apart when the ratio of shade is positive or negative and so do their off-axis forms.
