| 摘 要： | 当今信息化社会全面质量管理（Total quality management，TQM）和企业信息化已经成为企业生存的必备条件，但是两者对组织运营绩效的关系一直比较模糊。文章提出三者的关系模型，并经过广泛的调查问卷，利用AMOS建立结构方程模型来进行定量研究，同时对企业实际运作给出了相应的措施建议。

| Abstract: | Total quality management （TQM） and enterprise in{ormatization have become the necessary conditions of enterprise survival in the modern information society, but their relationship with the organization operational performance is always vague. This paper suggests the relationship model through the literature re search firstly. And then make use of AMOS to build structure equation model for quantitative research through the extensive questionnaire. Finally, suggestions for firms operation are given. |
