星载功率组件微放电技术研究

摘    要:介绍了高功率微波组件在雷达及广播卫星中使用时所产生的微放电现象,分析了星载功率组件产生微放电的原因及其危害性,提出了微放电设计方法,以及为了避免及消除微放电现象在结构和工艺方面应考虑的措施,并对微放电的测试方法进行探讨.

Abstract:This article introduces the micro discharge phenomena in high power microwave modules of radar and broadcasting satellite and analyzes the reasons of why the space borne power modules generate micro discharge and its harm. In this article, the design methods against micro discharge have been put forward. The measures to be taken in structure and technology are considered for avoiding and eliminating micro discharge phenomena, and the testing methods for micro discharge have been also discussed.
