摘    要:介绍了机载行波管发射机电源系统的主要构建方式,针对机载行波管发射机电源系统实现的两大难点,即如何降低行波管管体高压电源电压纹波和提高电源系统效率、增加电源系统功率密度,提出了解决问题、改善性能的主要方法,着重介绍了几种高效率的零电压开关、零电流开关高频变换器的电路拓扑。

Abstract:The structure of power supply used in air-borne TWT transmitter is introduced in this paper.Aiming at two difficulties of air-borne TWT transmitter,i.e.,reduction of voltage ripple of high-voltage power supply,increase of the efficiency and improvement of the power density of power supply,solutions are suggested,and several circuit topologies of ZVS or ZCS converter circuits of high efficiency are discussed in detail.
