基于单片机的漂染控制系统设计

摘    要:为了保证漂染质量,需对漂染过程中的升温、保温、加水、排水等过程进行严格的控制。根据功能要求,采用基于89C52的单片机,通过数据采集、定时的设计以及状态控制达到控制温度和时间的目的;并且编写控制程序,完成硬、软件设计。结果证明,把单片机应用于漂染业,具有稳定可靠、体积小和价格低廉等优点,同时也能达到满意的控制效果。

Abstract:To ensure the dyeing quality process of heating,heat preservation,watering and draining should be controlled strictly.Based on the requirement of function,a microchip of 89C52 with peripheral circuit is used to perform data acquisition, timing design and state control to control the system.Programme is also complied.The result proves that applying of microchip in dyeing has many advantages such as stability,economy of space and low cost.Besides,the control effect is also satisfying.
