基于旋转变压器的速度反馈应用研究

摘    要:测速机是机电伺服系统获取速度信号的常见元件之一,但是测速机安装不便、低速不平稳的特性往往带来应用上的限制。文中对基于旋转变压器解算的速度反馈控制系统进行研究,通过设计的控制系统来验证频率和精度特性。试验表明基于旋转变压器解算的速度能够替代测速机,这对于产品的简化设计结构和小型化、降低成本具有一定意义。

Abstract:The tacho is one of the popular element for mechatronics servo system. The tacho's inconven- ience on fixing and coarse character when low speed brings up the limitations for applications. This paper researched the velocity feedback based on the revolving transformer. A controller was designed to test the frequency and accuracy characters. The experimentations showed that the revolving transformer ccould take place of the tacho. The conclusion is valuable of simplified and minitype structure and less cost for products.
