网络分析仪的工作原理及在测量领域的应用

摘    要:介绍了矢量网络分析仪的基本原理、应用范围,通过对矢量网络分析仪原理的介绍和误差修正,帮助理解和改进使用矢量网络分析仪进行测量的各种方法。同时详细介绍了矢量网络分析仪在部分测量领域的使用。包括:如何解决高功率放大器在测量中大功率电平的问题;如何解决电缆测量中延迟时间的问题;如何改进反射测量;如何利用频偏方式来测量混频器、变频器和调谐器等频率转换器件;如何提高非插入式器件测量的精度。

Abstract:The fundamental principles of Vector Network Analyzer, its application range are described in this paper. The describtion of fundamental principles of Vector Network Analyzer and its error correction would help you understand and improve your use of Vector Network Analyzer. Also application to some kinds of measurement, such as, how to solve problem of high power level in the measurement of high-power amplifiers, how to compensate for time delay in cable measurements, how to improve reflection measurements, how to use frequency-offset mode for accurate measurement of Mixers, Frequency-Converters and Tuners, and how to increase the accuracy of non-insertible device measurements.
