Abstract:PV grid-connected has become the fastest growing and most widely applied technology of photovoltaic energy presently.In photovoltaic systems,the low photoelectric conversion efficiency of photovoltaic cells results in that the photovoltaic cells can not reach maximum power output.Maximum power point tracking is the core technology of the grid-connected photovoltaic system.The system employed an ATmega128 as the core chip which produced SPWM signal,and the system realized many functions,such as maximum power point tracking function,frequency and phase tracking function,and the protection function of input voltage lack and output current overflow.The result shows that this system not only has simple circuit design and flexible control,but also can achieve the high photoelectric conversion efficiency,and improved the efficiency of system.
