基于机器视觉的密封件表面缺陷检测研究

摘    要:针对密封件行业的工程要求,为了解决密封件表面缺陷检测所面临的图像采光不均匀及人工目测不准确的问题,设计了基于机器视觉的图像检测系统。该系统适用于多种O型密封件尺寸的电控运动定位检测,利用适合表面缺陷检测的模板匹配方法对橡胶密封件表面细小缺陷进行检测识别,该方法与传统的人工检测方法相比,具有非接触、可在线、客观真实、自动化等优点,可有效地解决密封件表面缺陷检测问题。

Abstract:According to the engineering requirement of Seal industry, we designed the image detection system based on machine vision, in order to solve the problem of uneven lighting image and inaccurate artificial visual , which the seal surface defects detection faced. The system applies to electric control movement location detecting of multiple size of O-type sealing, using the template matching method which is suitable for surface defect examination to detect and recognise tiny defects existing on rubber seals surface. Compared with the traditional manual detection methods , The method has not contacts , may online, objective and true, automation, and other advantages, and it can effectively solve the sealing surface defect detection problems.
