摘    要:为了实现电磁继电器的实时开关控制,确保人员安全和系统的可靠性,设计了根据倾角传感器的输出电压,以PIC18F6527为核心的继电器智能控制系统,并给出了硬件电路图,程序流程框图和部分源程序.该智能控制系统结构简单,可靠性高,在液压系统的电磁阀控制、电机控制等过程中具有很高的实用价值.

Abstract:In order to realize electromagnetic relay’s real-time control and ensure safety and reliability of the system,an intelligent control system with PIC18F6527 as a core was designed according to the output voltage of inclinometer.The hardware circuit,the programming flow chat and some soure code were given.This intelligent control system features with simple structure,good reliability and high practical application in hydraulic system and motor control system.
