基于虚拟仪器的车辆称重传感器的分析

摘    要:针对车载式电容传感器检测车辆载荷,通过单片机将来自各轮轴传感器的信号处理后得到整车的载荷质量值,并将该值送给基于LabVIEW编写的程序,通过虚拟仪器对试验数据进行处理和误差分析,为开发利用电容传感器车辆限载装置提供良好的参考。

Abstract:This paper proposed a method to measure the load of vehicles from capacitance transducers,the loading weight of each axle could be detected according to the distortion of the onboard leaf springs when different loading is charged.Then the signal from every axle will be processed to reach the loading result of the whole vehicle and sent to the program on LabVIEW,Furthermore,it analyses the error data from Virtual Instrument.It offers the good reference of the design of vehicles loading limiting device by adopting capacitance transducer.
