摘    要:为了实现仪器仪表数字信息快速识别,提高科研与生产效率,系统采用了计算机图像采集与处理技术,具体先将信息预处理,进行噪点消除,进行字符闽值分割将图像细化,对信息进行初步分类,然后利用形态学与”定位取值”相结合方法对信息进一步细化分类,从而完成信息识别。通过利用VHDL进行仿真,实验表明信息识别”定位取值”法准确度较高,研...

Abstract:In order to realize digital information quickly recognize of the instruments and gauges and to improve the scientific research and production efficiency, the system use computer image acquisition and processing, the first is information pretreatment for removing unwanted noise and image thinning by character threshold segmentation for preliminary classification of information. The second is further specified classification according to combining morphology and "orientation dereferencing" to finish information identification. Through use of the VHDL simulation, the experimental result shows that positioning accuracy of the method is higher, threshold segmentation algorithm of research object is good, and easy to implement, and has strong anti-jamming ability, it has a high application value for improving real-time of the system information identification.
