应用于矿井的RFID应答器设计

摘    要:采用RFID(射频识别)芯片IA4420设计了一款主动式应答器,主要应用于矿井安全生产管理。其工作中心频率为905 MHz,数据通信的核心部分是印刷偶极子天线,从仿真结果来看:其相对带宽约为40%,增益约为4.236 dB,输入阻抗接近纯电阻50Ω,性能参数较好。

Abstract:RFID chip IA4420 is used to design a cell active response device,which applicated mainly in the safety production management to mine.It’s center frequency is 905 MHz.The core of the data communication is part of printed dipole antenna.From the simulation results and see:it’s relative bandwidth is about 40%,and gain is about 4.236 dB.The Input impedance is closed to 50 Ω pure resistance.Performance parameters is better.
