紫外无线通信系统关键光器件选型方案研究

摘    要:紫外无线通信是一种新型通信方式,为实现紫外无线通信系统关键光器件选型的目的,依据日盲紫外光的传播特性,合理搭建系统结构,对系统结构中需要的光器件采用工作原理、特性分析对比等方法,实现了该系统紫外光源、紫外探测器及紫外滤波片三种关键光器件的合理选择。日盲紫外光器件的选型为紫外无线通信系统整体实现提供了依据。

Abstract:UV-wireless communications is a new means of communication,UV wireless communication system for critical optical components selection,based on the propagation characteristics of the solar-blind UV reasonable to build the system structure,working principle of optical devices in the system structure,characteristics analysis and comparison method,a reasonable choice of the UV source,UV detector and UV filters three key optical devices.The selection of solar-blind UV devices for ultraviolet wireless communication system as a whole provide a basis for.
