LFM连续波雷达信道设计及关键技术研究

摘    要:LFM连续波雷达系统中,从发射通道泄露的强发射信号、近距离目标的强回波信号和天线罩的强反射信号会对接收机性能造成严重影响。低相噪高线性度的发射信号会显著提升雷达系统性能。介绍了LFM连续波雷达信道的设计。对其中的低相噪高线性度信号产生、收发隔离度控制和频率灵敏度控制(SFC)等关键技术进行了研究,这些技术在工程上有较高的应用价值。

Abstract:In LFM congtinuous wave radar system,strong transmitting signal leaked from transmitting channel,strong echo signal from short-range moving objecd and strong reflected signals from radome,will have significantly effected on the receiver performance,low noise and high linearity transmitting signal will significantly improve radar system performance.The design of LFM congtinuous wave radar signal channeltem is presented.Studied on the key techniques such as generation of the low noise and high linearity signal,transceiver isolates control,SFC control,and these techniques have high application value in the engineering.
