摘 要: | 介绍了磁性微/纳米颗粒在肿瘤靶向热疗中的应用开发现状,展望了其发展前景。重点总结了不同尺度和种类磁性微/纳米颗粒的作用机理、制作方法和特点以及临床治疗效果。

Research advancement on magnetic micro/nano particles aimed for tumor target hyperthermia treatment |

Abstract: | The applications and developments of the magnetic micro/nano particles in tumor target hyperthermia were comprehensively reviewed. Prospect along this direction was discussed. Particularly,the function mechanisms,manufacturing method,characteristics of the micro/nano particles with different sizes and species,as well as their clinical outputs were discussed. |
