| 摘 要： | 以全国范围内A电信运营商为例,用数学建模的方法,推导出网间结算支出占收比各因素之间的数学关系式,从而解决了知其然而不知其所以然的问题,并对每个因素进行了分析。

| Abstract: | This paper considers the case of Company A, a nationwide telecom operator, and derives, through mathematic modeling, the mathematical relationship to factors among ratio of inter-network settlement payouts relative to income. So it resolved the problem of getting the result but do not know why. This paper also provides an analysis of each of these factors. |
