| Abstract: | In this paper, concepts and characteristics of emergency communication are introduced. Then, research and development status of emergent communication are expatiated. Afterwards, construction of emergency communication network and various technical means are analyzed systematically and its technical hotspots and difficulties are explained. Finally, many non-technical issues of emergency communication are pointed out. |
