| 摘 要： | 城市区域铁路与地方应急联动通信作为一项关键工作,是城市区域内铁路与地方协同处置铁路突发公共事件的基础.本文根据城市区域内铁路应急工作的特点,铁路与地方应急联动通信应遵循三项原则,并根据不同情况采用不同的通信方式,其关键在于各种通信方式的信息共享,最后分析了城市区域内铁路与地方的应急联动通信模式.

| Abstract: | Urban synergistic emergency communication between railway and locality is a key work which is the base of synergistic emergency disposal. According to the point of urban railway emergency work, urban synergistic emergency communication need to follow three principles, and uses different communication mode in different case, and the key of synergistic emergency communication is to share information. The paper analyses the mode of urban synergistic emergency communication at last. |
