摘    要:成功研制了一台波长可调混台锁模掺铒光纤激光器。该激光器是基于由分光比为50:50的耦合器、单模光纤、色散位移光纤和偏振控制器组成的sagnac构成。通过10-GHz的调制器的调制,我们得到了重复率9.997140GHz,脉宽小于21 ps的锁模脉冲输出。

Abstract:We demonstrated a wavelength tunable, hybrid mode-locking fiber ring laser incorporating a dispersion-imbalance sagnac loop, which is formed by a polarization controller, one segment of single mode fiber, one segment of dispersion shifted fiber and an additional coupler with the splitting rate of 50:50. With 10-GHz signal modulation of the modulator, the pulse duration at the repetition rate of 9.997140 GHz was less than 27.5 ps.
