摘    要:提出了一种弯纵复合振动型的直线超声电机,电机由一块金属板和8片压电陶瓷片组成,金属板开设了4个长形孔,金属板开孔使电机的工作频率点得到优化.通过电机定子的机电耦合分析,提出了弯纵型直线超声电机的数学模型.弯纵复合振动的激发使定子驱动足的椭圆运动轨迹得以形成.通过实验验证了电机的可行性.

Abstract:A novel linear ultrasonic motor based on vibration with longitudinal and bending mode is presented in the paper.The motor is composed of a metal plate and 8 piezoelectric ceramic plates.There are four long holes in the metal plate,which is benefited to motor working in the resonant frequency.The electromechanical coupling of the stator of the motor is analyzed and the mathematical model of the motor is established.The ellipse motion of drive foot of the motor is gotten when the coupled vibrations with longitudinal and bending is excited.In the last, the feasibility of this linear ultrasonic motor are verified ecperimentally.
