超声换能器辐射电导测量不确定度分析

摘    要:利用毫瓦级国家超声功率基准装置对作者研制的标准换能器进行标定.由于测量的结果直接影响超声功率量值传递的准确性,故换能器标定时的准确度要求很高.该文分析了标定过程中超声功率的测量不确定度以及标准换能器辐射电导的不确定度.

Abstract:The standard transducer developed by the author was calibrated by the use of the national milli-watt ultrasonic power benchmarking device.Since the results of the measurement value transfer directly affected the accuracy of ultrasonic power,the transducer calibration accuracy requirement was very high.This paper analyzed the uncertainty of measurement during the process of calibration and radiation conductance uncertainty of standard transducer.
