| 摘 要： | 对ＰＺＴ的非线性特性进行了理论和实验研究，给出了施加不同电压时ＰＺＴ机电耦合特性的实验曲线，详细讨论了施加电压过程与所产生的机械变形之间的关系。最后根据实验结果给出了ＰＺＴ用作执行元件时的线性工作区、非线性工作区和截止区。

| Abstract: | The non linearity of PZT as actuators is investigated in theory and experiments.The characteristics curves of electromechanical coupling of PZT applied different voltages are given.The relations between strain and driving voltage are discussed.According to the experimental results,a suitable working field is presented. |
