声表面波标签中金属栅阵的耦合模理论

摘    要:耦合理论广泛应用于声表面波器件模拟和设计中。该文利用有限元分析软件与耦合模(COM)理论分析了金属栅阵中声表面波的传播特性,得到栅极厚度为不同值时声表面波在短路栅或开路栅中传播时的频散特性与耦合系数、相对波数以及衰减常数等耦合参数,说明随着栅极厚度的增大,短路栅特性下声表面波的衰减系数与阻带宽度会随之减小,而开路栅则相反。

Abstract:The coupling-of-modes(COM) theory is widely used in the design and simulation of surface acoustic wave devices.The propagation characteristics of SAW in the periodic metallic grating structures have been analyzed by using the finite element analysis software and COM theory The coupling parameters of the dispersion characteristics,coupling coefficient,relative wave number and attenuation coefficient are obtained for different gate thickness in a short-circuit or open circuit gate.With an increase in the gate thickness,the attenuation coefficient and stop-bandwidth will reduce in a short-circuit gate,but the open circuit gate is the opposite.
