高频球面宽波束水声换能器研究

摘    要:该文对高频球面宽波束水声换能器的声学特性与制作工艺进行了分析和研究,制作出了满足设计要求的换能器样品,并对其声学性能参数进行了测试。实验分析结果表明,研制的高频球面宽波束换能器具有在工作频带内模态单一,高频工作时水平和垂直方向具有宽波束等特点,该型水声换能器应用于声呐系统时,可有效增加声呐系统的辐射范围。

Abstract:In this paper, the acoustic characteristics and fabrication process of high frequency spherical wide beam underwater transducer are analyzed and studied. The transducer sample satisfying the design requirements is fabricated and its acoustic performance parameters are tested. The experimental analysis results show that the developed high frequency spherical wide beam transducer has a pure mode in the working frequency band and a wide beam in the horizontal and vertical directions at the high frequency. When this type of underwater transducer is applied to the sonar system, it can effectively expand the radiation range of sonar system.
